We have learned so much this year. nCovid19 has made us more aware than ever about our environment. More interesting is how much it has raised the awareness of our users and our customers. Prior to 2020, our actions and products were nearly invisible to all bar the most fastidious user. Now everybody sees a lack of hygiene in their environment and now they are realising the importance of the hygiene of the air they breathe.
This month Zenith Washroom Solutions features in the "Covid-19 Focus" of Cleaning Matters. Our piece discusses how the washroom services needs to work to increase the awareness of the end user of our part in their day to day hygiene and wellbeing.
Sanitation is a world we use every day in our line of business. We use it to purvey clean, hygienic, convenient, managed and readily available. Each year, however, 4.2 billion people worldwide use the word “sanitation” as a hopeful expression. Nearly 670 million of those defecate in the open. If we can imagine 50% of those are female, you can see that we are now adding risk of assault into the health issues. With diarrhoea, polio and cholera rife in areas of poor sanitation it is the children that suffer most.
